Torch Height Controllers

3D Manufacturing provides several torch height controllers to meet your application. Light sheet metal and HVAC users will find the plate follower easy to use and highly reliable. Customers cutting heavier metal, especially pieces that are not perfectly flat will prefer the Thermal Dynamics SC-11.

Those doing High Definition cutting with expensive torch tip assemblies will prefer the Kaliburn Inova with its gimbaled breakaway mount that protects the torch should a collision occur.

Pneumatic Collision Sensors

As an add-on for existing systems and for the SC-11 lifter we offer a RAD Pneumatic gimbaled breakaway mount that will protect expensive torch tip assemblies should a collision occur.

 

Air/Electric Drills

Our custom tables can include a second Z-mount with a Desoutter drilling head. Desoutter is a well established company who manufactures high quality programmable Air/Air and Air/Electric drills. They are raised or lowered using air pressure and the drill can be turned either using air or an electric motor. Both the Plasma torch and the drilling head are controlled by the Linatrol controller allowing precision cutting and drilling in a seamless operation.
