3D builds CNC Plasma cutting tables in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of its customers. They range from the Razor Cut Precision to the Razor Cut EL.

Razor Cut Precision Features

Each Razor Cut Precision is equipped with a segmented table grid allowing easy replacement, and zoned evacuation/scrap collection chambers which minimize the dust collector size thus reducing the cost of the dust collector. A wide selection of power supplies is available to suit the individual needs of the customer.

The table is constructed of 4 X 6 structural steel tubing welded and machined for accurate location of the gantry rails and gear rack. The gantry is also constructed of 4 X 6 structural steel tubing mounted to the rails on aluminum side plates using dual linear motion bearings on each side which gives smooth, rigid, and accurate motion. The Z axis mount rides on the gantry using dual rails and four linear motion bearings giving it smooth, rigid, and accurate motion as well. The Z axis mount holds the cutting torch securely and accurately and like the X and Y motion is controlled by the Promotion iCNC. There is a park zone on each end of the table allowing easy access for material positioning and removal. A front end park zone allows the torch to hang over the end of the table making access for tip removal and replacement much easier.

Standard Size Precision Plasma Tables

Our Standard size precision plasma tables come in 4'x 8', 5' x 10', and 6' x 12' sizes. These tables are built with an extra 2" in both length and width of the cutting area to allow for easy positioning of full 4' X 8', 5' X 10' or 6' X 12' of sheet of material, respectively. A rear park zone is provided to simplify loading by moving the gantry and torch mount completely clear of the cutting surface. A similar front park zone makes changing torch tips easier since the torch is clear of the cutting surface and easily accessible. This is especially useful with the larger more complex tip assemblies used on the Ultra-Cut® and Spirit® Power Supplies. It comes equipped with a zoned smoke evacuation system that decreases the size of the needed air filtration system by 80%. This is a welcomed advantage in today's EPA regulated manufacturing environment.

Custom Size Precision Plasma Tables

Custom tables can be built to the customer’s unique requirements such as a non-standard size table configured to accommodate the customer’s plant layout. Special innovations, such as a second torch for simultaneous multiple piece cutting, spot drilling heads, and router setups are also available. Razor Cut EL Features

Each Razor Cut EL is equipped with easily replacable grid slats, and designed to easily add evacuation and dust collection. A wide selection of power supplies is available to suit the individual needs of the customer.

The table is constructed of 2 X 2 structural steel tubing welded and machined for accurate location of the gantry rails and gear rack. The gantry is constructed of a steel weldment using 10GA sheet metal and 3/16" wall tubing mounted to the rails on steel side plates using dual 20mm linear motion bearings on the drive side which gives smooth, rigid, and accurate motion. The Z axis mount rides on the gantry using 15mm rails and two linear motion bearings giving it smooth, rigid, and accurate motion as well. The Z axis mount holds the cutting torch securely and accurately and like the X and Y motion is controlled by a Flashcut CNC. There is a park zone on each end of the table allowing easy access for material positioning and removal. A front end park zone allows the torch to hang over the end of the table making access for tip removal and replacement much easier.
