Spirit275a - For CNC Cutting Machine

The Spirit275a by Kaliburn is a full-function, 275 amp precision high definition plasma cutting system incorporating fully-automated process control for production cutting of mild steel up to 1-1/4" thick and has a maximum capacity of up to 2". Installed on a CNC cutting machine, it is designed to be the ultimate process tool providing precise, square, and dross free cuts and ease of operation. With this cutting system's automatic gas console (AGC), you simply select the material type and thickness or you let your cutting table CNC transmit the appropriate cutting parameters. The rest is automatic. The AGC sets preflow, plasma, and shielding gas pressures, and amperage. It also displays the required cutting torch parts and part numbers, and monitors their usable life. When joined with the optional INOVA torch height control, it also sets all torch position and arc voltage parameters.

Fully automatic setting of the correct process parameters for a CNC cutting machine equates to exceptional ease of operation.
